Major 3 week solo show in London with The Africa Centre & Capital Culture: 24th May to 9th June 2013 #AfricanBeautybyJohnKenny
I am delighted to say that the Africa Centre have offered me a 3 week exhibition in prime London downtown this late Spring/early Summer. I’ll be working with my good friends and gallery representation Capitai Culture to make this a beautiful show involving lots of new work. Tremendously excited because the ’African Beauty’ exhibit involves pictures from throughout my seven years of visiting traditional groups across the whole of Sub—Saharan Africa.
The exhibition looks at how people in traditional societies relate to their culture through visual expresion and, as importantly, manage to express their individuality at the same time more

John Kenny work and limited run book on show at Battersea AAF Fair, March 15th+ 2012
Around 15 of my portraits will be on show in Battersea, London from March 15th to 18th, 2012 through my gallery, Capital Culture and for the first time I’ve produced a limited one—off book of my work to show at the fair.
